It is with great sadness that I pass this message onto the members of the Dixon Park surf life-saving community.
Dave Ringland, President for nearly 20 years from 1989 to 2008 and Life Member, recently passed away.
A very significant contribution to surf lifesaving and the wider community.
Our thoughts are with his wife and family at this time.
