Pricing
Here are some general costings to give you a ballpark idea before making your enquiry. Final pricing depends on the day, type of function, time of year, number of guests, and length of booking.
Room Hire
Weekdays: $400
Friday & Saturday nights: $800
Sundays until 2pm: $400
Weekend weddings: $1,100
Additional Costs
Cleaning Fee: $150
Bar/Floor Staff: approx. $60 per person, per hour (as required)
Kitchen Use: $200 (if self-catering or if your caterer requires kitchen facilities)
Minimum Bar Spend: $500-$1,000 (depending on event)
Refundable Bond: $1,000
