Pricing

Here are some general costings to give you a ballpark idea before making your enquiry. Final pricing depends on the day, type of function, time of year, number of guests, and length of booking.

Room Hire

  • Weekdays from: $400

  • Friday evenings: $800

  • Saturday evenings: $900

  • Sundays: 10:00 am - 2:00 pm $500

  • Weekend weddings: $1,100 (includes full-day access for setup)

  • All prices include 5 hours hire

  • Additional hours: $150 per hour

  • Winter discount: $100 off room hire (June–August)

  • School and Corporate weekday events from $400

Additional Costs

  • Professional Cleaning Fee: $150

  • Bar/Floor Staff: approx. $60 per person, per hour (as required)

  • Kitchen Use: $200 (if your caterer requires kitchen facilities)

  • Minimum Bar Spend: $1,000 for standard functions or $500 for low-alcohol events

  • Refundable Bond: $1,000 (if no damage)
